Admin tasks

1. Email management.

Creating filters, folders, flagging and sorting emails will simplify your inbox. Un-cluttering your mailbox will help you work more productively and respond quicker to the urgent emails that need your attention. I can do that for you and save you lots of time.

2. File management.

I can also organise and manage your digital files. Updating contracts, formatting documents, organising Dropbox or Google Drive – you name it. I can organise it with specific folders, create a naming system so that you would be able to find it easily.

3. Spreadsheets and PDF creation.

Spreadsheets may be daunting and boring, but it is also great for record keeping, PR contacts or account management and social media calendar and scheduling. PDF files’ conversion, splitting and merging is something that business do on a daily basis. If these are one of your weaknesses – wait no longer to ask me for help.

4. Building database (updating email list or contact lists on CRM).

Your company database is growing and needs to be updated and maintained. A database can be created in a spreadsheet or other CRM program. I can help you with that and create a great user experience for your customers.

I can do the research about anything – you name it. Research is often simple but is time-consuming. If you are too busy to do it yourself, then consider to outsource it to me.

If you require some images to be edited, I can do this in Photoshop. But bear in mind that I’m not a graphics mastermind and if you need a serious graphics work I can contact you with an appropriate person.

11. Proofreading.

Contact me if you want to have a second pair of eyes to go through all you copy on the website, newsletters, marketing materials. I will help you to get rid of typos and spelling errors.

13. Setting up Social Media accounts.

I can create and set up profiles on social media platforms for your business. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram – you name it.

14. Managing and updating Social Media accounts.

You will need to post regular content to your social media accounts to increase engagement. I can be set up either as admin or editor of your profile. Or be the first point of contact when people will ask questions about services.

15. Run ad campaigns.

Ad campaigns are a powerful tool, especially when run on social media platforms. When you are ready to take advantage of Facebook Ads to expand your audience, I can help you set up the Ad campaigns. I can then track and report the results of these campaigns.

16. Create Canva images.

It is important to have plenty of images as your content that you post on your website or social media platforms. They keep people talking and sharing. Using Canva, I can create graphics you need: infographics, e-books, blog headers, flyers.

17. Monitoring and engaging with your audiences.

I can be your wing woman in this area too. I can track page insights on social media platforms and check traffic stats. If you plan on engaging with your audience by responding to comments and tweets, I will do that for you as well.
When setting up alerts to monitor mentions of your brand’s name, products and services on the internet, it’s a great idea to use services like Tweetdeck, Google Alerts or Mention.net and Hootsuite.

18. Maintaining a Social Media weekly/Monthly Planner.

Having a Social Media Planner is an easy but effective way of keeping up with daily updates. You can plan a whole month of content ahead and write/schedule posts in advance. You are able to scale your social media marketing that way, grow your reach by being present there on a daily basis. And you de-stress your life.

19. Social media analytics.

It goes without saying that you have to have goals when it comes to social media presence. Only if you do that you will be able to see if the current strategy is working for you or not. But ROI from social media is not easy to measure and it requires time. I can help you get your head around this topic and track all likes, followers, mentions and other stats needed.

20. Competition analysis.

It’s imperative to keep tabs on your competition. Do they grow faster? What are they doing? It’s always a good idea to learn from the best and figuring out their strategy on social media. I can work with you on this matter and compare stats and actions between your business and your competitors.
