1. Email management.
Creating filters, folders, flagging and sorting emails will simplify your inbox. Un-cluttering your mailbox will help you work more productively and respond quicker to the urgent emails that need your attention. I can do that for you and save you lots of time.

4. Building database (updating email list or contact lists on CRM).

If you require some images to be edited, I can do this in Photoshop. But bear in mind that I’m not a graphics mastermind and if you need a serious graphics work I can contact you with an appropriate person.

Ad campaigns are a powerful tool, especially when run on social media platforms. When you are ready to take advantage of Facebook Ads to expand your audience, I can help you set up the Ad campaigns. I can then track and report the results of these campaigns.
16. Create Canva images.
It is important to have plenty of images as your content that you post on your website or social media platforms. They keep people talking and sharing. Using Canva, I can create graphics you need: infographics, e-books, blog headers, flyers.
17. Monitoring and engaging with your audiences.
I can be your wing woman in this area too. I can track page insights on social media platforms and check traffic stats. If you plan on engaging with your audience by responding to comments and tweets, I will do that for you as well.
When setting up alerts to monitor mentions of your brand’s name, products and services on the internet, it’s a great idea to use services like Tweetdeck, Google Alerts or Mention.net and Hootsuite.
18. Maintaining a Social Media weekly/Monthly Planner.
Having a Social Media Planner is an easy but effective way of keeping up with daily updates. You can plan a whole month of content ahead and write/schedule posts in advance. You are able to scale your social media marketing that way, grow your reach by being present there on a daily basis. And you de-stress your life.
19. Social media analytics.
It goes without saying that you have to have goals when it comes to social media presence. Only if you do that you will be able to see if the current strategy is working for you or not. But ROI from social media is not easy to measure and it requires time. I can help you get your head around this topic and track all likes, followers, mentions and other stats needed.
20. Competition analysis.
It’s imperative to keep tabs on your competition. Do they grow faster? What are they doing? It’s always a good idea to learn from the best and figuring out their strategy on social media. I can work with you on this matter and compare stats and actions between your business and your competitors.
